The art for self-care group is for adults who would like a safe space to rest and reflect with others over tea and art supplies. This is an open-ended group for you to explore different art materials in order to connect with your own intuitive guidance and to allow your nervous system to return to baseline. It is a chance to put down your to-do list, drink a cuppa while it's hot, and explore without any expectations. The goals of the group are grounding, creativity and community! Art therapy tools for relaxation and insight will be explored, but you will absolutely not learn any technical art skills :)
