Service Description

A space for parents to rest, reflect, and recharge, and to focus on self-care in community. Therapeutic art experiences are used to support nervous system regulation, self-compassion and intuition. Art-making is purely explorational and no art experience in necessary. Childminding is available.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me 24 hours in advance, otherwise a fee will be charged. Group registration can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the first session. After that time, the group fee is non refundable.
